HEALTHY WAY TO LOSE FAST WITHOUT SACRIFICING METABOLISM
Is there a healthy way to lose weight on a low calorie diet without sacrificing my metabolism?

For example, if only for 2 weeks I eat primarily vegetables and fruits and very little protein, maintain under 750 calories, but much on veggies all day, would I set my body into starvation, or would it be fine because it sees that I am eating constantly?

Somebody help! I need to get fit asap and want a jump start, and after the two weeks I can do a normal change in diet for 2 weeks and then back to the low calorie for two weeks and so on and so on...
