I'm a 50+ webmaster for a local medical center in Baltimore, MD. I had an epiphany while watching an early-morning news program. The anchor was rattling off a list of people who had just turned 100, when I noticed that none of them were fat. Not one. I realized that if I wanted to make to retirement I'd have to make some serious lifestyle changes so I took the first step and signed onto fatsecret.com. The web site and Android app makes journalling much easier than anything I've used in the past, and although I have a long way to go I know it can be done. Nothing is insurmountable.
