Well I have been working as a cattle rancher since I was a little pup and took care of my body for a while, joined a military fitness class (not the military) used to run track in elementary school, also ran track and did long jumps for highschool.

I was born and rise in Chihuahua, Mx and am 27 years of age, I can't wait to lose my newfound belly!

How Do You Stay Motivated?
I look at my pictures from when i was fat!

Just kidding, I think after a while it becomes a part of your life.

I started eating healthier 4 weeks ago and at the beginning i was like: "how am i going to keep doing this?" and now i have found that some food that i used to enjoy does not taste that good anymore.

For example today I had 3 thin strips of bacon (which i loved!) and as i ate them i could feel the grease getting stuck in my mouth and i did not like it!

Hello Megan and welcome, I completely agree with kingkeld about counting your calories and not eating more than what your body needs (calories are the fuel that helps you move around) I also added giving up refined flours (bread, pasta, etc) and sugars (candy, puddins, etc) and it has helped me a lot.

I also stopped eating fast-food and junkfood and am focusing on eating veggies instead of them, it was very, very hard at the beginning but once your body gets used to it becomes a part of your life.

Well I am new to this website which seems to be very good to my goal's end!

My name is Rogelio Bejarano and my goal is to lose weight and my belly so i can look like i did when i was younger!

Also, I have a question: Why isn't the elliptical machine included in the exercise journal? I have been doing that so i just put it as a work-out machine but i dont think its the same...Confused
