Hello. I am here to help myself drop some pounds while training for a half marathon. I started running as a way to loose weight but after my first half marathon in June, I was only down about 5 pounds from when I started in January. I realize I can't just exercise but need to get serious about watching what I eat. Ultimately, I want to drop about 20 pounds to be as healthy as possible for when my honey and I start trying for a family later this year/early next year.
