I've tried it. It's basically a laxative. My best advice is don't drink it often and stay near a bathroom when you do.

Wanna train to run a 5k--help
Made it through week one of C25K program. I'm feeling better than I thought I would. I'm sore but, I can handle it. I treated myself to a 90min deep tissue massage to celebrate! Very Happy

Wanna train to run a 5k--help
Started the 'Couch to 5K' program this morning. I downloaded the app to my phone to make it easy. I think I did pretty good. Towards the end of the last running session I was kinda begging for it to be over, but I felt good. Rolling Eyes
Now I just have to get some more music loaded and I'm set. Thanks you guys for all the advice and support

Wanna train to run a 5k--help
I decided to start running. I've never really done this but, I can run about 5min at a time. I figure it will be a good way to burn a ton of calories. Any advice??

Oh no! I hit a plateau!
You really need to eat more. The same thing happened to me a few months ago so I went and had my 'resting metabolic rate' tested. It turned out I wasn't losing because my body was in Starvation Mode. I was only 1200 cal a day and the dietian told me that at my metabolic rate I could eat between 1400 to 1843 and still loose pounds. I settled on about 1649 and the weight starting coming off. Maybe you should get tested. Good luck

post cruise weight and water retention. Only been back on track for less than a week. All my small clothes still fit perfect
