Happily single woman in her fifties, with one adult daughter,son-in-law and grandchild living with me. So no excuses for not being able to workout other than lack of motivation. But my job is getting more difficult physically, heavier and faster and i need to pull up my socks and get fit or i'm not going to be able to keep up with the men. My hobbies are cooking yummy food :s and learning to paint. Hoping my new hobby will be working out :)
