Simple snacks
i always snack on a tin of tuna or a cuppa soup,but if you have the time then a pan fried fish fillet (1 cal spray oil) and some rice noodles, with some crushed garlic coriander and ginger makes a nice light meal,

EATING AFTER 6:00 PM??
I find I am not eating my evening meal until after 8 , by the time I have finished gym visit and dog walk, I have found a can of Tuna works for filling me up and then have 300 grams of mixed veg. I am not sure if this is an option on atkins but it works for me on my diet plan.

Whey Protein Powder - Got advice?
try PHD Pharma whey, in vanilla it ghoes well in smoothies, and is low cal and low carb and fat. It also has alarge mx of amino acids in it .
