I just found this site and it looks like it has more to offer than daily burn. So this year I decided that I wanted to keep track of everything I do. I want to make sure to reach my goal weight. Being in school has been so hard to keep up with everything so this will be one of my focuses this year...
I will start off with what I did today so far... I ran two miles on the treadmill. I did modified push up 3 sets of 15. I did butt crunches 100 total. Crunches 100.
I haven't been feeling very well because Ive been sore. My muscles are tearing up again bc I havent worked out in so long. Hopefully I can keep this up for the rest of the year and even when school starts.
