Hi all!
I'm excited to start this journey of a healthier lifestyle! I've been up and down on my weight, and this time it stops.
Before, I was really active I ran 6-8 miles per day, and was very conscious of what I ate. But then I injured my left leg and it's been very hard to recover from that.
I'm hoping, with the help of this group, that I will be able to reach my goal. I'm not looking to drop down my weight extremely fast, but I hope to stay on my workout regimen and eat right.
Here's to a life changing moment...It starts today!
I notice that people started to post there goals on here as well. I think that is fantastic. So here goes...
July 2nd...135lbs
August 2nd... 125lbs (if I get here I will be supper duper happy)
Sept 2nd... GOAL!!! 120lbs
