My muscles are finally better! I had done some gymnastic type stuff on Sunday and on Mon. & Tues. I could barely get out of bed I hurt so bad! Tomorrow comes another workout!

Totally failed my diet today. Did not get near enough protein especially after having working worked out yesterday. Urr! It is ok though. I can't go back and change what I ate, but I can get back up again and keep going.
