I need your Input PLEASE
How do I calculate now what more my intake should be due to the exercise? I have had 252 Calories this Am, exercised 15 minutes by walking at 2.3 MPH, it now says calories 1805, that's with 8 hrs sleeping 1 hr. housework, the 15 minutes walking and the rest, resting.
