Caz - I feel the same way as you. A friend just suggested Dieters Tea before bedtime. You can get it at WalMart in the coffee section. I remember using this about a year ago when I was on Nutrisystem and it worked wonders. Clean as a whistle. I'm going back to that as well as adding some flax.

Where does it go?
I'm taking fiber pills and drinking lots of water, but my BMs are rare. If I'm losing weight, where does it go? Just through the urine?
