I gained three pounds since I woke up today
I weigh myself once a week--but I also go by how my clothes fit. I thought I was being stagnant--went to the store and I had dropped two sizes. There is daily fluctuations that you should not worry about, it will up your stress level, which will up your cortisol level and cause you to retain fat and water.
Good luck and keep up the good work!!!!!

Adding foods and recipes
Hey everyone--
I was wondering what is happening with the foods and diets that are getting entered. My husband has entered many recipes and they never get approved and then he can't edit them. I have entered many new foods and then they never appear in any of the lists. I have also edited foods that were entirely wrong and they don't change.
Am I missing something? I always say to share the information, etc.

The Water, the water......
I definitely think that is too much water, even in the military we drank some electrolyte solutions with our water. I had someone in my squad that we saved from water toxicity.
I have found something called TruLemon, TruOrange, TruLime. These are crystallized, there are no artificial sweeteners. I mix them in my water bottles--I carry a water bottle everywhere. Makes it much more interesting.
