My name is Amanda, I have been overweight for a long time now. I have been wanting to lose weight but have not found the right way to do it. I have just stopped eating before and that was defiently not healthy for me. After that whole ordeal, I gained all the weight that I had lost with that unhealthy way and gained even more than I had lost, that was very unencouraging to me, then I became depressed and began eating more. Now I am fed up with being overweight so my mother, brother, and I are on diets. My diet is different from theirs, not by much though. I am hopeing to lose at the very most, 100lbs, I know I can do it, I just need to encourage myself to do so! Wish me luck!!!
