25 years old- was overweight in early teens thinned out in high school as I was very active hit the real world and packed on the weight with 220 being my highest... lost 50 lbs in a year thru extreme low calorie...cringe.... I've gained 35 of those pounds back..over the last 2 years... but I know a lot of that is muscle... I do crossfit now. but I need to lose at least another 10 lbs.. but would ideally like to be at the 190 mark
