The Diet: Ive been on the fat smash diet for 1 1/2 months and i've already lost 30 lbs, I have poly cystic ovarian syndrome so it is hard for me to loose and easy to gain, but this has worked great so far.

weigh in
how often should i weigh in? also how much weight loss is to much? it keeps telling me i'm losing too fast and wont accept my weight. what do i do?Confused
