1 year ago i was 'coffee shop potato'.....full time mom & wife......lazzzzzzzyyyyyyzzzzyyyy.....then i got fed up with being FAT....so i changed the way i looked at food, low carbing, exercising full time...took kind of a 'sabatical' year for my health...went from 240 to 166lbs....feel great, look great!...still got some work to do..but iam still trying!

mum of 1 with 56lbs to lose
You can do it! Iam mom of 2 (5 & 2) been eating healthy for 1 year and 5 months, ive lost 76lbs. Dont diet, try to find out the healthy way of eating what you like. I love pizza, so what? i order it, i bake it at home..no crust! double cheese, maybe veggies, and no crust! at home i melt mozarella with tomato sauce and zip! may add eggplants, zucchini, whatever u like, and believe me, it tastes just like pizza!
What has worked for me has been dropping carbs..
