I used to be thinner. I lost weight 2 years ago. This year I gained a lot and I'm going to lose it now. It's been a long time since I've been 115 and that is my target weight. Exercise works for me so that will be my primary focus. 2nd focus is eating healthier and portion control(especially with non-healthy food.

Can someone please explain this to me?!
I think you may need more cardio. I know healthy people that eat badly over the weekend like you do and they are fit. Their trick is to limit their portion size...but it may just not work for your body. It doesn't work for everyone.

Zumba ur ass away!
My zumba class has all sorts of people...different sizes, ages, and genders. I still have horrible coordination in my class, I'm at the front and no one cares. It's fun and it never gets old.

How to delete an standard exercise on android smartphone -
You can't remove them. Also, you burn those "crazy" calories whether you like it or not. I don't see how leaving resting and sleeping would throw your numbers off, so I don't think you have anything to worry about

I've experienced the same thing before. I don't know why it happens, but keep doing what you're doing...it will come back down.
