Hi, I am 44 and living in Toronto, Canada. I have always been rather relaxed about my weight, although most of my life I have been active. This year I decided to go back to a very active lifestyle and dropping the weight which had accumulated over the past decade. Over the summer I started biking, an activity I enjoy very much, and recently joined a gym.
I am not new to getting into shape - about 18 years ago I was dedicated to weight training and muscle growth to see how far I could take it. I did well and was in top physical shape. Time to do the same now.
