New Weight Watchers
the new program is totally different. the only things that remained the same is tracking points. the daily points have increased along with foods increasing in point values. and fruits and most vegetables have 0 points. i thought that i wouldn't lose on the pointplus program but this first week i lost 5.6 pounds. the new program is definitely worth it.

points plus
just joined weight watchers last week. my points allowance was 30 with 49 weekly points. lost 5.6 pounds and then, my points target dropped to the lowest allowed of 29. but the program is more than just raised points. most of the food points have been raised. now all fruits and most vegetables are 0 points. if you need a weight watcher diet buddy i'd be willing.

Weigh in tomorrow
really, you should go to this other meeting. if you wait for the following week, it might start you back sliding on the scale. plus, if you had a really good week you can build on the victory.
