havent lost any weight so real close look at whats going on. try again today .

Okay well i dont know what happnened but the weight changed so i gained by end of day but today im 196 lbs. so im good . Iv stuck 90 % with this dont really measure anything. I add veggies to everything.the good ones no more, than a cup if its extra .And using fat free parmasan chees a little more than it says ,stormy today so time to get on the tread .havent exercised at all .30 mins it twicea day is what i said.So here i go!!!!

WOW!!! SO I BOUGHT MY FIRST SCALES IN MY LIFE. YES, 200 LBS IS WHERE I STARTED 3 Days ago !I WOKE UP 530 AM WITH THE 3RD DAY HEADACE ,BUT!!!! BY GOLLY i HAVE OFFICALLY LOST MY 1ST Lb.!The bad with the good in the end of the day was worth it .I know its common water loss first .Ill take that,Also. have had lots of return apps, for a job this week.my feet hurt i believe its water gain,And I am a banquet server. I have hope for my feet today.
