Beachbody sells the top workout programs that you may see a lot on infomercials. I personally have bought the Insanity and Brazil Butt Lift programs. I LOVE them!! They are wonderful and I DEFIANTLY feel the burn when I do them. The Insanity program is literally insane. It kicks your butt and leaves you in a pool of sweat. I've never sweat so much on a workout program in my entire life until I tried Insanity and I loved every minute of it.

Brazil Butt Lift is a fun, energizing workout program. You feel all of the movements and workouts in your butt, legs and abs. There is some dancing stuff in it which I'm not particularly a fan of but i love his fitness based workouts. You use a resistance band and you get a really deep burn in the butt muscles. lol.


To keep my weight consistent and energy levels up, I drink Shakeology everyday. Shakeology is a shake that was made basically for people that hate, or cannot get enough vegetables into their daily diet. THis shake has 70 ingredients packed into a 140 calorie DELICIOUS chocolate shake. And it literally tastes like a chocolate shake. Since ive started drinking shakeology, i couldn't imagine going a day without it.
Here is what it has done for me in the past couple months of drinking it on a daily basis:

-increased energy
-hair and nails growing like crazy
-cravings reduced immensely (bye bye chocolate and candy)
-it keeps me full for a long time (3-4 hours) so i don't find myself snacking hardly at all
-really reduced my appetite
-so many vitamins in the shake that i don't even have to take normal vitamins anymore
-and so so much more...
