My name is Tammy , I am 52 years old and I am 5 ft .. I am called Nana to 3 beautiful grandkids 2 boys 7 and 5 and 1 girl
3 ... I have been married for 33 years and we had only had 1 daughter who passed away at the age of 24 in 2014 after the birth of her daughter... 2014 was such a emotional year for us .. I have alway been small .. my weight problem started after the birth of my daughter but was maintained but after her death I gained more ... since July of this year I have lost 28 pounds .. but I still have a little bit to go ... my goal is to do more exercise.. but cant seem to find the time . I work 40 hours a week and I am so tired with I get off ..I am open to any suggestions if anyone has them 🙂

I don't know if this right but I added 8 hour of walking for my exercise.. I am on my feet almost 8 hours and I do a lot of waking and climbing ladders ...
