I am 27 years old. I have always struggled with my weight. Back in my highschool days I used to play soccer,I was also part of the track and field team.once I graduated my life became sedentary...I decided to join the soccer team at my university and injured my knee, this made it even more difficult for me loose weight. Ive been going up and down loosing 30lbs. And then gaining them back again...at age 27 Im seeking to loose all the extra weight and finding the key to a healthy life in order to maintain my body.
