Dr. Ian Smith's Fat Smash Diet
I just thought I'd try to promote this diet. I have only been on it for five days and am in Phase I: Detox. I have already lost over 6 pounds. So far I love it. I hope this continues.

I am wondering, what does anybody who has tried this diet before, think of it? Were you able to make it through the four phases?

Adding items to food list
If you enter the food and it is not on there you can add it to the food database if you know all the nutrition facts. Just type in the name of the food you want and then when it says it can't be found click new item on the right and add all the nutrition facts and you're all set to go. You can choose if you want to share this entry with everybody else or keep it private.

I'd love to be your buddy. I'm a 23 year-old college student at my highest weight of 174. I need all the help I can get. Maybe we can help motivate each other.
I feel like I've been in college forever. I'm currently enrolled in an online court reporting program at Bryan College- located in California. I'm hoping to be done at the end of the year.

New Challenge
Hi,

I'm new to fatsecret, but so far I love it! By using this website in the first week I lost 3.5 lb's. I know that's just water weight but I'm still excited. My favorite part of this website is the challenges. They really encourage me to stick to my diet and give me short term goal that are easy to acheive if you just take them one day at a time.

My one big problem in dieting is at night when the cravings hit so I've created a challenge called Nighttime Munchies because I'm almost positive I'm not the only one out there with that problem. I'm hoping in doing this we can support eachother and together stop the cravings!
