I am based in India and using brooke bond tajmahal green tea bags ... guess u can take any brand like lipton , tetley and so on

Green Tea speeds up weight loss ??
So here i am with my report .. its 3 days and i am losing weight though not much but have lost a kg in 4 days which otherwise used to take 6-7 days .. I have only started taking green tea and take it in the evening .. dont know if my hypothesis is right or wrong but i am seeing a change for sure .. lets see how the remaining week goes and if the trend continue then we will get the clear picture
