How does the diet calender work?
you can change its recommend rdi when u do that bit where u figure it out...just put you desired number in where it has its suggested number and it will track against that. 500 calories seems incredibly low though. i am 106 kg and 1200c's a day has me losing 1/4kg a day with 30 mins of low impact exercise (most people do more than me just by walking at work i reckon). anyway...good wishes for you Smile
