Hi, My name is Mark
I am 43 years young, although my weight is now taking its toll on me
I put on lots of weight in my early twenty’s, gave up smoking and got married, probably got lots to do with it !
Anyway, I love life and really enjoy my 3 children and my girlfriend (divorced 3 years ago)
I have had 3 heart attacks and have been told that half of my body has got to go !!!
I’ve tried lots of random things over the years to lose weight but they never seem to work, so I thought I would try counting calories this time
Every one tells me that its the best way, hopefully I’m just about to find out.
Reason the doctors want me to lose weight... less strain on my heart and less problems in the future
Reason I want to lose weight.... I really do love life, I’ve done so much and had some real great times AND I just want to have lots more happy times !!!
I love to help people and enjoy making people laugh and smile
I believe that a single smile can travel, try it..... smile at someone for absolutely no reason, you will make them smile :) then THEY will make someone smile :) so you see... your smile has travelled !!! :) it really works, try it !!!
