This has been a very rough week for me, diet-wise. PMS. You know. I had a couple cakes in a mug at 1am, etc.
It sucks that I've gained a little, but once I'm back on track I think I will be ok.

Fatsecret won't let me weigh in because, according to the website, I'm losing 14 lbs a week - which I'm obviously not! I always lose 6-8lbs the first two weeks I start a "diet" (I hate that word). For the record, I'm doing weight watchers; not starving myself. I think the weight is falling off faster than it has in the past because I'm working out every day.
Anyway, I weighed in at 171 this morning, which is really exciting for me. I feel fantastic. I'm working to fit back into my favorite black dress that I wore 2 years ago. I think 5 more lbs should do it!
I used the rowing machine yesterday for a half-hour, and I am in pain today! Mainly my legs, which I must not have stretched properly. Ow...

Oh, man. I totally had an awesome voice lesson and rewarded myself - on the walk home - with a mint gelato. And I had no idea how many calories were in it!
12 (old) weight-watcher-points later, I'm heading to the gym so I can eat supper! :-)
But I sure as hell don't feel guilty about it!
