Just stated fatsecret, LOVE IT, been here for three weeks now, starting weight was sad to say it was 455 now I am down to 410 keeping calories under 2000 calories a day. 7 weeks ago I came to a real life change when I had to go in the hospital do to Lympadium (the swelling in the lower legs), Hypertension unchecked for years. Now under Doctors care and back on track. Now time to lose 200 pounds and get my life back. I started using Turmeric root, Forskolin to aid me with energy and cravings it works great, no hunger and way more energy then then I had before.
