I'm a working mom and wife and am finding myself unmotivated to exercise or eat healthy. From July-December of 2014 I lost 20 lbs and have now gained 30 lbs! The weight is creeping on and the scale is going up and up. I always found comfort in the fact that my husband weighed more than I do; but, now, we weight nearly the same. I'm tired of the excess weight and I'm ready to get back to a healthy weight and to STOP the scale from climbing!!
I'm following the Atkins diet because it is easiest for me to follow and get results. I plan to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week that includes: swimming; yoga; running; spinning; elliptical; or Zumba.
