Use a substitute for butter such as sprinkle on butter powder or butter flavor which hardly has any calories compared to the real thing. Use that and some salt substitute and your good to go as popcorn alone is reasonably low in calories.

best breakfast?
I do 1450 calories a day. I have been loosing on a regular basis. I do not have a standard for breakfast,rather I think outside of the box. I may have a peanut butter and low sugar smucker's jam sandwich on rye bread, or egg beaters 1.5 cup with a slice of rye bread which is very low in calories, or a Tuna sandwich on rye with lite mayo or a grilled cheese or a can of sardines. I eat 3 meals a day allowing 475 calories a meal, sometimes less in breakfeast or lunch if I know dinner will be an indulgence. I have been loosing and only eating red meat two days a week, drinking iced green tea or crystal light, and on two days a week, I eat anything I please but not over my rda intake to stay at a ideal weight, for me that is 1900 calories-not enough to gain or loose. It has worked for me, and I have lost now 30 pounds in 3 months without the stress of "dieting".
