Need a buddy
Sad I feel so discouraged already. I truly need a buddy to help me here. I do not understand any of this site nor do I understand how to get this way of lifestyle as being mine. Today is January 1, 2016. My goal short term goal is to lose 35 pounds before May which is five months away. Can anyone help me??? Can someone tell me how to get into a community chat or something like that. Thank you.
