I am confused about the RDI thing
I am new to this wonderful site, and i am soo excited to get started. But there is one thing I am confused about: To lose weight, should i eat exactly my RDI, less than it or is the RDI the minimum of what i should eat? Thank you very much.

Do you have to sweat for it to work??
you should probably find a workout with a higher intensity. your workout must be a bit too easy for you
