At night after 8-9pm I feel hungry for carbs,like crackers,cereal.gram crackers. Maybe it is related to being just too sleepy to care. I follow WW closely during the day and have dinner at 5:30-6pm. Maybe I need to go to the gym at night?(YUK)

Drink water when you wake up,then before work ours and of course,after the workout. OK---going to get more water. The popcorn makes me thirsty.
