I am an auxiliary nurse who works full time and fits in agency shifts whereever she can for extra money! The amount of running around I do you would think I would be skinny as a rake!
I do a nasty mix of 13 hours day shifts and 12 hour night shifts and find it hard to keep on top of a healthy diet and exercise plan.
I enjoy working out when I get the chance to do it! I like cinema, socialising, walking, photography, but mostly recently I crave my bed as I work too many hours and my body and mind are drained! But 2012 is a new year, SO HERE GOES!! Time to take control of my life and not let my job rule it.
