Mom of 3 +my furry child, Inpatient Lactation Consultant. Started at 180ish amd cannot believe I'm at 166ish now. I am 5'5" and my goal is a toned 150. I hit a plateau of 170 for month but ambusting through that by bumping up my exercise. I log everything I eat. I quit any meat or poultry. One of my secret weopons is my protein shakes. My favorite is chocolate protein powder, kale, ground seed (flax, etc), some fruit (my fav is papaya). I am going to add weightsto my regimen & see whathappens next!
