I'm a working mother with an 8 year old and 2 year old that keep me busy all the time. I've always had to work to keep weight off but for the most part could until the birth of my 2nd child. Probably a combination of age- I was 35 when Jake was born and the extra time/stress involved in having another child. In the past I've never really been happy with my body but I was a healthy 140 lbs- what I wouldn't give to be 140 lbs again. I'm looking to clean up my diet, eat as naturally as possible and cut out the processed junk that's made me fat.
