It feels so good to meet my first mini goal. I keep getting on the scale to make sure I'm reading it correctly. Down to 198.8 but I will weigh in officially on Monday. Its definitely a step in the right direction and I get my cheat night tonight! Yeah!!

I need to get a new scale, I think my current one is broken! Any recommendations? I need to eat a really good dinner before my final tonight so I can have the mental focus I need. I have a low A so in order to qualify for financial aid I need to keep my A for this class so its a big deal!! I am hoping to have a really big chicken salad for dinner and some starbucks black coffee for a boost! I need to up my calories because I think my metabolism has slowed down by not eating as much. Its supposed to be nice this weekend so I am hoping to double up on my workouts this weekend. Cheers friends!

I didn't have a lot to eat today. . According to the calories count its doubly above 900 calories which is surprising. I have a final tomorrow night so I am going to need more fuel tomorrow fir sure. Im planning on working out in the morning and fit in some Pilate's somewhere before my night class. I'm feeling so good now 3 weeks into Paleo dieting. No dairy and very little carbs has helped me out a lot. I am looking forward to weighing in on Monday and hopefully closer to 200 or under by the end of the month!!
