My name is Natalie and I finally am getting myself motivated to do something about how I look. I have struggled with my weight ever since I was able to remember. My parents got divorced when I was one and to this day everyone tells me how much I look like my father. "You look just like your dad, you could be twins!" I love my father, but he too has been overweight ever since I could remember. I figured if I can't beat him, join him! I have been under his shadow for many years and just had to tell myself this is just how it's going to have to be. It was not until recently that I decided to change. I had my first baby this past August and gained an additional 50 pounds. I lost 30 but I am still over 200. I tend to buy bigger clothes to accomodate my bigger size. It's time to change how I feel and it starts with the inside out. I hope to loose 65 pounds by next November. It's time to be happy with myself again. For a long time I didn't think I deserved to be happy or pretty or confident. Weight is a struggle for me and am ready to get this ball rolling!

I used to take those vitamins and they would also make me sick. Are you taking them with food? They will make you nauseated if you try taking them on an empty stomach which was my mistake. My advice is to take them AFTER your biggest meal of the day with an 8 oz glass of water or milk. This will also help you to absorb as much of the nutrients as possible. If you notice your Heine really bright yellow most likely you're not absorbing the vitamin if you're not taking them properly. The vitamns attach itself to the food you're eating which aids in proper absorbtion. If you take them on an empty stomach then its really hard on your stomach to digest which makes you sick. I hope this helps you understand why they are making you nauseated. If you're still having problems after you eat and take your vitamin then try switching to another brand. Good luck!

Paleo Diet
I am not big on dieting because the cons of restricting your diet during the loosing process. Ive heard once you are at your goal weight the pounds will slowly creep back on. I have about 45 pounds Id like to lose and I am considering the Paleo diet. I LOOOVE dairy so that part will be hard for me I think. Those of you following this diet, what are your pros and cons that you've found? What recipes do you recommend for newbies especially for breakfast? Can you have almond milk instead of dairy? Help this girl out!! Smile

I also recommend it as well. It's awesome because it's only 30 minute workouts so you can fit it in almost anywhere. I lost about 5 lbs my first week but I didn't do it every day like you're supposed to.
