I live in Southern Ontario and I'm 41!! Happily married for 20 yrs now ,we have one child age 19 who will be going off to Univercity this year...and yes I will cry.
I have always struggled with my weight ..always as in born a fat baby ..was a chubby teen and just continued till now yo-yo-ing, but this is it.... in less then 6 years I'm retiring and sailing around the world on a very small sailboat and my belly and hipps are not welcome for the trip!!
