Downloading diet/exercise data
Is there any way to download my diet and/or exercise information? A spreadsheet would be fine, but if there's SOAP or XML-RPC services available I could figure out how to pull from those as well.

I ask because I can't see any way to configure the monthly calendar to show me my daily average for anything other than fat, protein, and carbs. It would be nice to be able to calculate averages for arbitrary items (like sodium and potassium, since my doctor recommended I watch my intake).
