So, I was always heavy as a kid. I was the little girl who couldn't walk away from an eating challenge! Maintained my baby fat well into my teens. When I was 19, we decided to get married and have a baby; I gained 60 pounds, and ended up weighing 180. This was NOT flattering on my 5'2" frame. Unfortunately, my daughter only weighed 7 pounds. I struggled to lose the weight, so I went on my own personal "nervous breakdown" diet. Diet Pepsi, popcorn, and 2 packs of cigarettes daily. Within a few months, I weighed 105. Not only did I look horrible, I felt like shit....
