I'm with you! I fall off the wagon almost every week but I get back on again and again because I know I'll be happier, healthier. I got up to 205 in 2009 and now I'm at 155 and slowly trying to lose another chunk. Its a commitment but it works out if you keep trying, don't give up. Good luck!
