What is better for losing weight: weightlifting or jogging?
I was previously doing only cardio, like jogging, elliptical, and dance classes and recently heard that strength training is beneficial/required to losing weight too. I'm also still trying to figure out this question but I have definitely seen my body shape up from strength training, even though I have not lost actual pounds.
