Entering in calories manually
Is there a way to manually enter in calories from a homemade recipe instead of adding the recipe? I am having what I lovingly call heartattack in a bowl but I can't figure out how to enter the calories without entering in the whole recipe - any suggestions?

Can't stay motivated
There is a lot going on in my life right now so I know that is a part of it. I went to the gym tonight and I feel a thousand times better.
@kukusho I love running I just have been finding it hard to get up to do it.

Can't stay motivated
I am finding it really hard to stay motivated to keep working out. I haven't run at all this week which is not like me, nor have I done my workout video's or gone to the gym. And to top it off I am having a hard time sleeping at night and waking during the day which isn't helping matters any. I am about ready to give up, but I am running a 10k in April that I need to train for. Just feeling really frustrated and slightly depressed because I was doing so good prior to this week.
