I would like to add you lovergirl654. I too hate the morbid obese title so now I would have to change that. I like your spunk and I need as many positive buddies around me as I can get. I am at my heaviest of 319. I always said once I break that 300 mark it is definitely time to do something.I just wished that I qdidnt have to weight that long. But I am not living with regret just lessons. So here we go. I hate going to the gym as my job has a gym with all the latest equipment. Good thing is noone is there so I am free to do what I gotta do and not feeling like everyone is watching me. SO here's to new beginnings. BTW love your analogy with the job and working out....It fits sooo perfect
