Actually 1.6 lbs in since July 11th is a good rate to loose weight at.. Ideal weigh loss is around 1/2- 1lb a week. If you loose the weight too fast it's too easy to gain it back!! Just remember its not a miracle diet! (no such thing!) Keep up the good work and don't be discouraged afterall at least you havent GAINED!! Also if you'r excersising you are building muscle and trading that unwanted fat in.. well muscle weighs more than fat!! so you could have lost 3 lbs of fat and gained some muscle in the process!!!Wink

I'm a picky eater!!
You can get the same nutrient and fiber beneftit from vegetable soup (sooo easy to make in the crock pot) and you can season soup alot more without adding extra calories for flavour, My favorite broth cube is by Rapunzul (the herbs with sea salt is OUTSTANDING!!)
