Thirty seven and my body has fallen into a set point of about 180. I want to reset that to 160 or 170. Over the years I have tried Jenny Criag, Weight Watchers, Medifast, ReshapeTheNation and probably others. Enjoying the freedom of Intermittent Fasting currently. It's cheap. And it's easy most days. Still struggling to not pig out of non-fast days.
