Thirty seven and my body has fallen into a set point of about 180. I want to reset that to 160 or 170. Over the years I have tried Jenny Criag, Weight Watchers, Medifast, ReshapeTheNation and probably others. Nothing works as well as good old calorie counting. Eat Less, Move More.
I added a nifty mindfulness app to my phone - every 30 minutes a gentle bell rings, reminding me to stand up and stretch or move for a few minutes (instead of sitting at my computer desk for 8 hours). Every little bit helps.
