I'm not sure exactly where I want my final weight to be- I don't even know what 124 would look like on me so we will have to see. I want to be toned and healthy- not skinny so I may end up around the 130 mark. Now that I have lost alot of the fat- (still have a fair amount though)I am starting to focus on toning up. I really don't think I would have come this far without this site-thanks everyone!
A little about me: I live in Northern BC, Canada (yes its cold:) I have 2 daughters (13 and 2) and am in a great relationship. I work fulltime as a parts/equipment sales (deskjob) and am not really physically active. I just turned 30 this year and I know, especially for women it gets harder to lose/maintain weight as you get older so I want to do it now. I have consistantly stuck around 180-190 for the last 6 years or so with the exception of 2 years ago after I had my second daughter I got down to 153lbs by counting calories. Obviously, I managed to put most of it back on and I hate it. My breaking point was in August when I was getting ready for a party and couldn't pick any clothes that didn't make me look like I had an inner tube strapped around my belly:) I am determined now to make a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family. Being on here is especially helpfull because I can learn from everyone else and I now have a better understanding of the whole battle.
